It’s true that for the handicapped there are many things to consider and many types of conditions that require environmental modifications. So if you are handicapped or know someone who is, the discussion today centers on what’s good, bad, ugly and great about having a Latin “Plan B” destination. If you are in any way physically disabled, living in Latin America could very well be the best choice.
