Most Latin American dogs and pets are uncontrollable. It’s almost never the dog’s fault, it’s the owner, but owners don’t get it. When it comes to pet discipline and behavior, Latino owners are clueless.

Not only are we in the tropics, where smudges, humidity, dirt and sweat-stains are the norm, many Latino families also have undisciplined pets that don’t mind romping and peeing on sofas, chairs and rugs. Ahgggh!
