#1- The Decameron “all inclusive” Latin beach resorts revisited: Part 1
Considered to be the least expensive “all inclusive” first-world style resort package in the world that no one’s ever heard about, today we’ll explore the options and show you the tricks on how to live like a king or queen all year round all on less than an average social security check. Each of the 50 plus Decameron destinations is like a small city- an all inclusive mega-resort with an average of 500 available rooms.
#2 Castro bites the dust: So how are average Latin Americans taking the bad/good news?
#3- Trump’s victory: Latin Americans react
#4- Celebrity spotting in Latin America:
At first you think they all must have been coerced down for some do-gooder charity event or “save the children” PR stunts (like Pitt and Jolie). But surprisingly many come because they are actually clandestinely establishing their own “Plan B”. They know a good thing when they see it.

#1- What taxes do expat gringos generally have to pay to their new Latin country’s government thieves and scumbags?
#2 Latin countries “on the gringo tourist trail” try to adopt and often directly copy US tax systems and regs: another very good reason to avoid high tax Latin countries like Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Costa Rica Panama and just recently(and perhaps worst of all) Colombia.
#3- Today we have a stark Colombian “boots on the ground” story from a gringo resident of 8 years. Though happily married to a Colombian girl, he tells a story that will make you think twice about setting up your “Plan B” in that country.
#4- Words and phrases like “Sale”, “VIP”, “Black Friday” and other gringo-isms are in common use in Latin America. Latin gringo wananbees use them over and over, not having a clue as to what the words and phrases really mean.
#5- Thoughts on having car insurance in Latin America

#1- Latin street fairs and amusement parks. Are the rides safe for you and your family? Well maybe, but then that’s part of the fun and thrill isn’t it.
#2- Latin Zoos are very bad 1st world copies- they are really just stupid govt displays that ostensibly promote a 3rd world country’s progress and pride but almost always end in sadness and tragedy for the poor suffering animals.
#3- Latins and their abused, neurotic and tormented pets- 95% of Latins don’t deserve to have pets and most would be in court for animal abuse if 1st world standards were applied.
#4- Latin roadways and road designs appear to have been designed by schizophrenic morons with photo-shopped civil engineer diplomas
#5-A very scary email from an expat German listener. You won’t hear this stuff anywhere else.

#1- Short term rentals and Air B&B’s in Latin America Part 2:
#2- Discussing the hundreds of Latin herbal and natural medicines and the product claims:
#3- Latin American Health Departments and a thing called ‘cuello”
#4- The Spanish language has about 1/3 less descriptive words than the English language but the Latins (much like Italians )make up for it with hand gestures and body language. Today we have some examples...
#5-No prescriptions are necessary at most Latin American drug stores. With such easy drug availability, why aren’t the Latin masses addicted to what we call “schedule” prescription drugs? Well, they just aren’t and that flies in the face of conventional wisdom.
#6 -Venezuela- more crazy stories just now leaking out.
#7 More reasons why Argentina is not recommend as a permanent Plan B destination: Today’s “boots on the ground” story highlights that country’s currency controls in action and why we all should own physical gold and/or silver and take physical possession wherever we are.

#1- Exploring Expat Business Ideas: today we discuss some of the best ways to find beautifully crafted locally made products that you can buy then export, market or sell using Ebay, Amazon or your own website.
#2- Today we have an actual “boots in the ground” example of how I inadvertently found three excellent, locally hand-crafted products for well under $10 dollars each retail:
No doubt they will be a hit with first-world buyers at 4 times that price. These three items are ready as is to be featured on a nice website or on Amazon(you can see them on this show posted my YouTube channel). With boots on the ground you should be able to locate many other excellent local products just ripe for exportation.
#3- AGEXPORT is an exporter’s and businessman’s association located in Guatemala- its somewhat like the Rotary Club but much more:
All Latin countries have similar export organizations that offer many related classes and seminars related to import/export rules regs and procedures. They can provide answers to your own product import/export questions and can supply all the info and contacts you might need in such a business. For example, if you want to export products to the USA or Europe you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Unfortunately the classes and info are almost always in Spanish.

#1- Why do so many Gringo Expat con-artists home in on newbee gringo arrivals? Gringo con artists were newbees once upom a time too and know exactly to take advantage of a green gringo’s innocence, blind enthusiasm and a trusting nature. Besides, they speak Spanish and know that YOU don’t. Thankfully its difficult for those creeps to survive “off “ the gringo tourist trail.
#3- Why are do Expat gringo men outnumber Expat gringa women by about TWO to ONE? Well its not so much because ladies aren’t as adventureous or they’re more unsure of the prospect of establishing a “Plan B” than men….
#4- When 3rd world Air B&B experiences go south: It’s the subject of today’s true “boots on the ground” story
#5- How to save a ton of money on building supplies if you decide to build remodel or add on to your Latin American property(s)
#6- Trump is more infamous in Latin American than you think.
He’s actually rates having his own pinata. Its now all the fashion at parties to bash him and then put his paper carcass to the torch. So then where’s the Hillary pinata? I asked at the pinata store and they’re aint none…

#1- How and where can a Gringo/Expat buy and sell gold, silver and precious metals in Latin America? Where can one get the best deals and prices? What’s the retail price spread versus the spot price? What are the reporting requirements if any?
#2- Bicycling in Latin America:
If bicycling is your hobby you’ll want to know about safety, riding trails, clubs to join, repair shops, the selection of bike brands, parts, accessories, etc., etc.
#3- The Netflix situation in Latin America:
