#4-Know there will always be some petty theft in your nice little subdivision. So should you pat down your maid or cleaning lady at the door? Latin Lady bosses do it all the time. Today we have a few Expat Gringas chiming in with their own such stories and experiences.
#5- A question many Gringa Expats ask themselves – "Is the maid stealing my makeup?" Could be…

#1- There are many Latin legal issues that differ from what we are used to in the states. They differ mostly because the US follows British common law and Latins follow Napoleonic law. At my July “Expat Insider” seminar a trusted Latin lawyer will cover these topics and much more. He will be with our group every day to answer any and all of your legal questions.
#2-The word is out that worldwide, people in other countries hate or are put off by Americans, right? Well that’s mostly true elsewhere but NOT in Latin America. Today we share some “boots on the ground” stories to prove the point
#3-Do you live in a big USA city? Ok then, when the SHTF, do you have a farmer/relative out in the boonies with reliable renewable food supply who will gladly take you and your family in for a while, maybe a very long while? I doubt it. Almost none of us has a farmer in the family. However, nearly every Latin American city dweller has a handful of such relatives still living off the land. The average Latin city person is just one generation away from the farming life himself.
#4-Latin Real Estate Bubble Update: If you are searching for great real estate deals on the net IN ENGLISH- from the comfort of your sofa, good luck. Its not at all like getting “boots on the ground”, knocking on doors and calling around the properties yourself.

#3-Abortions in Latin America and the secrets Latin women don’t talk about

#1- Today we discuss another of the many media lists proposing the so called, most dangerous cities in the world. Once again most all of the cities are located in Latin America. Lets go through the list and check it out...
#2-Venezuela is the only country in Latin America where the general population is getting skinnier, more physically fit (and angrier) by the week. These days even the have-not Cubans are starting to fill out a bit. But meanwhile, Venezuelan govt slugs keep getting fatter and more abusive as we will see with today’s “boots on the ground” story direct from Caracas.
#3-Counterfeit dough in Latin America. Yep, it’s out there alright and you’re sure to get some. Should you be worried?
#4-Every average young Latina lady has a basic wish list and today we’ll discuss Latin ladies and their worldly desires. We all know the old saying “be careful what you wish for”. Well fortunately that warning doesn’t necessarily apply here since most Latinas only want what a normal person really deserves in life. Generally their wants are simple and they’re not greedy.
#5- The strange and wonderful world of descriptively crude Spanish slang

#1- Today we discuss how expats get drug prescriptions from Latin doctors and what happens when visiting a Latin pharmacy
#2-Most all prescription medicines are available in Latin America. But due to low demand for some of the rarer medicines that first world people are on (and addicted to), there might be only the proprietary brands available from the original manufacturer at your local Latin pharmacy. In that case the medicine you seek will not be 3rd world cheap but first world expensive. So we discuss some of the proven ways expats get very low cost medicines, vitamins and supplements shipped to their Latin American locations using well-known first-world online pharmacies
#3-A report on how the Ecuador govt continues to pass ever more draconian monetary restrictions, obviously directed toward gringos and expats living there. As of 2016 you must pay a 5% tax on all monies, assets and expenditures made out of the country exceeding $1000 usd, and it gets worse...

Here’s the scoop and what you’ll need to know when they bring the LP bottles to your door
